This film is part of Alzheimer’s Society’s Remember the person campaign, which asks people to think about the individuals living with dementia and not just the diagnosis. Alzheimer’s Society is asking people to think about the people they know living with dementia and about the simple things they can do to make life for them more manageable and enjoyable. Dementia describes the symptoms caused by some diseases or conditions that affect the brain.
